Description

With only a few days left until the Spring High Volleyball qualifiers,
the Meiroku High School boys’ volleyball team—led by Miyashita Kei—had just reached the prefectural semifinals for the first time in the June Inter-High preliminaries.

Believing that “this team could aim for the nationals,” the three third-year players chose not to retire.
The plan was to challenge the powerhouse regular national contender Inamura East, the team that had defeated them in the summer, with their full starting lineup.
