Description

The Free City of Taburo——. Spica, an Elf girl who came to this city called the "Paradise of Books," applies for an apprenticeship with a young Bookbinder named Lesac, but is flatly rejected on the grounds that she cannot read. However, captivated by Spica's special power to "hear the voices of books" and her mysterious charm, Lesac decided to welcome her as an apprentice.

Lesac, who has solid skills but is poor at Communication, and Spica, who provides a new Perspective on bookmaking with her rich sensibility. The two, who strive to rebuild the declining workshop, become involved in various jobs and people, and realize the richness of the world surrounding books.
