Description

Shinto, a top-class assassin, is a kind-hearted man who dreams of becoming a hero.
With an unwavering belief in eradicating evil, he doesn’t hesitate to spill blood if it means protecting people’s smiles.

One day, Shinto encounters a comedian named Samejima.
Moved by how Samejima doesn’t destroy evil, but instead transforms everything—including evil—into laughter, Shinto begins to admire him as a true hero.

Soon after, Shinto receives a job: to kill a certain comedian. He infiltrates a comedy contest, only to run into Samejima again.
Due to an unexpected turn of events, the two end up performing on stage together.

The spotlight and cheers he experiences for the first time—
begin to change Shinto’s life forever.
